Warranty
Telephone Depot stands behind each and every product sold in our stores. We are committed to customer satisfaction and service, and will always do what it takes to keep our customers satisfied.
All of our products come complete with either a 90 day or 1 year warranty.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Telephone Depot offers 1 year extended warranty. At the time of purchase, customers may chose to add an additional 1 year warranty on to their products existing warranty (prices vary).
Customer satisfaction is our #1 concern. We offer a full refund on any purchase within 15 days of the invoice date (SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED). Feel confident in what you buy that we won't be happy, until you are.
At anytime within the warranty period, Telephone Depot will replace or repair (at our discretion) your telephone free of charge from parts or labour in the unlikely event that any defect in material or workmanship should occur.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, without this, warranty is void and null. This guarantee does not apply if the product has been damaged by abuse or accident.

All orders placed are subject to $12.00 CDN(Canada) or $24.00 CDN (USA Addresses) shipping and handling charges. Please see Shipping and Handling section for more details.
Please note that 8% provincial taxes will be added for all Ontario orders and 7% G.S.T. will be added on all Canadian orders.
Telephone Depot will make every possible effort to provide customers with their first colour choice. If we are unable to do so, Telephone Depot reserves the right to subsitute product colour at their discretion. For this reason, we ask that all orders placed have a first and second colour choice listed in the comments area upon placing an order.
