Shipping and Handling

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic orders for in-stock items should arrive in 5-7 Business days. Telephone Depot offers shipments to Canadian addresses via Canada Post courier ground. Shipping to the USA is Xpresspost Canada Post Ground and usually arrive within 7-14 business days. We ship to Canada and USA ONLY.

All deliveries to all Canadian addresses, will have a shipping and handling fee of $10.00. (CDN) For any additional items, please add $5.00 (CDN)

For shipments to the USA, there is a basic charge of $20.00 (CDN) for one item. For any additional items, please add $10.00 (CDN)

Please note that 8% provincial taxes will be added to all Ontario orders and 6% G.S.T. will be added to all Canadian orders.

US orders may be subject to US duties and taxes.

Telephone Depot does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

PRODUCT RETURN GUIDELINES

For all returns to Telephone Depot , you must obtain a Return Authorization number from our Customer Service department by Email to sales@telephonedepot.ca

Products that are initially defective within 90 days of the purchase are eligible for repair or replacement. The following information is needed to issue a Return Authorization: · Company/customer Name · Invoice/Order Number · Reason for Return · Conditions of Product (opened, unopened, defective, damaged) · You may also request the type of return you would like: Replacement returns of products damaged on arrival (DOA)or defective Telephone Depot ships the replacement product as soon as the damaged or defective product is received. Credit returns of undamaged products Credit returns may be available depending on a variety of conditions. You ship the product; when it is received, Telephone Depot credits your account. The refund may be subject to the deduction of restocking fee Products returned for any reason other than Dead on Arrival (DOA) or as defective must be in resalable condition, complete and unused. Refused orders may be subject to a cancellation fee. Call Customer Service at 416-661-7333 before refusing any shipment. Failure to call Customer Service may result in credit refusal, and products will be returned to you at your expense. RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES

For Telephone Depot to process your return in a timely manner, please review the information and follow the procedures outlined below: · Use the original packaging. · Package all returns to prevent damage in transit · All returns must have an RA number printed on the return shipping box · Do not write addresses or RA numbers on the outside of the manufacturers' boxes. Products must be in resalable condition to receive credit · All returns must be complete including all components, accessories, cables, batteries and manuals in the original shipment · Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid Telephone Depot will make every reasonable effort to exchange DOA and defective products. All original packaging, components, accessories, batteries and manuals must be included with returned DOA and defective products. DOA and defective products returned incomplete may be assessed a charge for the missing items or returned to you at your expense. If you have a DOA or defective product, please e-mail to csr@telephone-depot.com, or call our Customer Service department at 416-661-7333, All products returned as DOA or defective may be tested. Products found not to be DOA or defective will be subject to return to the customer at the customer's expense.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Telephone Depot reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Telephone Depot reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order

SERVICE AND SUPPORT

Our products are all very user friendly and don't require additional technical support or service for non-technical consumers. But, in case of need, all requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. Telephone Depot will provide contact information to the technical support departments of the manufacturers.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Cards - We accept Visa and MasterCard, There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Telephone Depot. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

SALES TAX

All orders shipped to Canada are subject to 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST) All orders shipped to Ontario are subject to 8% sales tax.
